NXT takeover: Avant-spectacle XXV

-Charly Caruso hosted the pre-exhibition and was joined by a small "WWE" office on the ground floor by Sam Roberts and Pat McAfee. Roberts explained how the takeover expectations were still high and found ways to climb among the previous issues.
-The presenters went through the main program of the show and set up a video set on the match of the Women's NXT Championship between Shayna Baszler and Io Shirai.
-Roberts explained how Undisputed Era had a chance to shine in three games. However, he predicted a Street Profits win in the ladder match for the vacant NXT Tag titles. McAfee predicted a Forgotten Sons victory.
-A video package released during the Velveteen Dream match against Tyler Breeze for the NXT North American Championship.
-A flashback video showed images of NXT Takeover: London.
-Caruso mentioned something about a special announcement taking place during the redemption: XXV. Poor Caruso had to explain how WWE Super ShowDown (in Saudi Arabia) could overtake WrestleMania.
-A video package broadcast during the NXT Championship match between Johnny Gargano and Adam Cole.
-Footage aired earlier in the day of the Undisputed Era foursome arriving in a jeep. Another clip from Johnny Gargano showing up and finding keys near the jeep.
-Tommaso Ciampa joined the pre-show panel and received a big ovation. He climbed onto the desk and said that he was on his way home. Ciampa explained how Johnny Gargano showed up in big matches. Roberts asked why Ciampa wanted Gargano to keep the title. Ciampa said that no matter who holds the title, he will be the champion on his return.
