Neymar has been accused of raping a woman in a Paris hotel, according to reports in France.
The Brazilian striker would have arranged the stay of a woman met on Instagram at the Sofitel Paris Arc Du Triomphe, a five-star hotel.
Police documents obtained by UOL Sport claim that the 27-year-old girl arrived drunk at the hotel on May 15 and spoke to the accuser before stroking her aggressively.
The report states that he "became aggressive and that, through violence, he practiced bad against the wishes of the victim."
The victim was described as "emotionally upset and fearful of not recording the facts" when she decided to report the alleged crime returned to her home in Santo Amaro, Brazil last week.
