Asamoah Gyan, striker of the Black Stars captain general
Black Stars general striker Asamoah Gyan has stepped up his training for the 2019 Africa Cup of Nations to be held in Egypt later this month.
The top scorer in Ghana's history was included in the provisional team of 29 Kwesi Appiah coaches to start camping in Dubai.
Gyan, who had an eventful season at Kayserispor, stepped up his training to get in shape before the tournament kicked off on June 21st.
The former Sunderland leader played 258 minutes for the Turkish side. He played 14 games and scored four goals.
