The former Arsenal striker makes a big statement to Mesut Ozil in the middle of the transfer links with the Bournemouth star

Kevin Campbell says that he thinks Ryan Fraser would be a good choice for Arsenal, as reports link the Gunners to a summer shift for Bournemouth winger.

The Scottish international was strongly linked to the summer break at Emirates Stadium after shining for the Cherries in the Premier League.

Fraser has scored seven goals and scored 14 badists for Eddie Howe's men this season. The 25-year-old off-contract coach is questioning whether Bournemouth could sell it this summer rather than risk losing it through a free transfer. .

And Campbell says that he would welcome the Scottish winger to Arsenal, questioning the fact that Mesut Ozil is with the Gunners beyond this summer.

"I do not know if he's still there or not, but I can not see a team built around Mesut Ozil," he told Love Sport Radio.

"We have two players in front of who made the difference and I think we should try to provide them because they can subtract the game from any team."

"Ryan Fraser has a proven track record in Bournemouth, some would say it's only Bournemouth, but many of these players are productive, he has a double badist and he has scored goals."

And Campbell made a big statement about the impact that Fraser could have on Arsenal and what the Gunners could have done had he been with them this season.

"If we had that production or half of that production, we would have been in a Champions League place," Campbell said.

"Very often, people look at the names on the back of the shirt, and I do not think people should worry about it."

"We need players who want to be in the football club and who are really going to change things and Ryan Fraser, I would not be disappointed if Arsenal attacked him."
