Matt Jedlinski of Boy Scout Troop 4016 at Cape Girardeau earned the rank of Eagle Scout. The Matt & Eagle project involved organizing the first annual Downs Syndrome awareness campaign organized by Buddy Walk. He spent more than 114 hours coordinating and organizing this event. Matt is a sophomore at Notre Dame High School and is the son of Dr. Sarah Aydt and Dr. Mike Jedlinski.
