Prince William and Kate, the Duchess of Cambridge, recently celebrated their eighth wedding anniversary, but they have been romantically involved for nearly two decades. After intermittent meetings for five years in early 2007, rumors spread that Prince William could finally propose to his university on the day of his 25th birthday on January 9th. William was quick to understand his mistake and the couple apparently would have met at a party on June 9, 2007 and would never have separated again.
Later, the Duchess of Cambridge baderted that she considered this time, apart from William, as having intrinsic value.
