Former President Jerry John Rawlings and other influential members of the June 4 uprising will address Tuesday to a big durbar of leaders and people at the Nungua Traditional Authority Park.
According to the 40th Birthday planning committee, the durbar, which starts at 8:30 am begins with a parade of young executives.
It will be followed by a wreath laying ceremony for the missing heroes, after which messages of solidarity will be delivered by a host of dignitaries, including NDC Secretary General Johnson Asiedu Nketia, and executive, Eric Bortey.
