NAPO Congratulates Muslims on Eid-Ul-Fitr

Mathew Opoku Prempeh, a deputy from the Manhyia South constituency in the Ashanti region, extended congratulations to all Muslims in the constituency on the occasion of the Ed-Ul-Fitr celebration this year.

"After spending your Ramadan peacefully and successfully, I wish to send you greetings, our fathers, mothers, Muslim brothers and sisters, as you celebrate your day," he said.

In a message to the Muslim community, Dr Prempeh said: "It was a pure pleasure to see Muslims in the region coexist peacefully with people of other faiths."

He said that this coexistence was very important for the unity needed for the development of Manhyia South.

Mr. Prempeh, who is also Minister of Education, said the Muslim community in the region should strive to keep the riding at heart.
