Sarri was manager in Naples for three seasons before joining Chelsea last summer and helping the London club win the Europa League at the end of last month.
Juve's goal is to replace Mbadimiliano Allegri, 60, and although Sarri seems to want to stay at Stamford Bridge, he recently declared himself homesick.
The captain of Napoli, Insigne, a key figure of Sarri during his tenure, hopes that his former manager will not join one of the main rivals of his club.

At a press conference on the occasion of qualifying matches at the Italy European Championship against Greece and Bosnia and Herzegovina, Insigne said: "Sarri as part of Juventus for us , the Neapolitans would be a betrayal and I hope that it will change in the opinion.
"But you have to keep in mind that Sarri is a professional and he gave everything in Naples.
"He was very important to me for a lot of reasons, he was going to Juventus, he would hurt us but I can not blame him, it's his decision."
Insigne comments echo those of Chelsea midfielder, Jorginho, whom Sarri had brought from Naples for 57 million pounds last summer.

At a press conference in Italy, Jorginho said: "He did a good job for Chelsea, there were some critics, but finally we finished third, won a cup and lost another in the final.
"I think it was a great season and I would hate to see it go in. The Napoli fans still have it in their hearts, so it's normal that they can get excited.
"They are pbadionate, they can give you everything, they could treat it as treason, they are like that, we'll see what happens."
