The woman involved in a clash with Tracy Morgan in Manhattan told Inside Edition that she was "traumatized" by the collision. Morgan was seen on video after his all-new Bugatti crashed into Jocelyn Madulid's Honda SUV. "Get out of the car!" He shouted, tapping on the 61-year-old window.
