Real Madrid has agreed to pay Eden Hazard a commission of 100 million euros (88.5 million pounds sterling) for Eden Hazard, according to reported information.

The Belgian international is one of Zinedine Zidane's priority targets for the summer transfer window as part of the reconstruction of its major workforce in Madrid.

Hazard has more than a year to his contract with Chelsea and has announced to the club that he will not sign a new deal.

Chelsea is facing the prospect of losing Hazard during a free transfer next summer and is resigned to losing his star player after the end of his season.
