The summer transfer window is officially open for Premier League teams and Tottenham Hotspur is hoping to do business for the first time since January 2018.
The defeat in the Champions League final against Liverpool was disappointing, but the Spurs will now try to react by intervening in the market, as they are about to rebuild Mauricio Pochettino's team and reinforce themselves before their first full season in their new stadium.
Here is an overview of the latest transfer rumors surrounding Tottenham, in anticipation of the summer summer.
Christian Eriksen
The Spurs star, Christian Eriksen, said that he wanted to "try something new" among the links with Real Madrid this summer.
The Danish international has been in North London for six years now, and he admits he would like to join the Spanish club – but they have yet to contact the Spurs about a move.
Eriksen told Ekstra Bladet that he would be happy to stay in North London and that he had the "deepest respect" for the club, but said he wanted to move on thing.
"I have the most savage and deepest respect for everything that has happened in Tottenham, and it will not be negative either."
"But I also said that I would like to try something new, and I hope there will be some clarification over the summer.
"In football, we do not know when a light comes in. It can happen at any time.
"Everyone wants it better if it happens as soon as possible, but in football, things take time.
"It depends on Daniel Levy and another club has to come in. Or I have to sit at the table and negotiate a new contract, you can not set a date.
"There are not many points that Tottenham can not tackle, so if I have to go, then I hope it will be a step forward."
"[Real Madrid] is a step forward. But Real Madrid must call Tottenham and tell him that he wants Christian. And they have not done it yet, as far as I know.
"It's difficult, it depends on the possibilities If nothing more exciting is more exciting, why not stay in Tottenham? If I sign a new contract, it depends on the conditions."
Bruno Fernandes
Manchester United are about to recruit Sporting star Bruno Fernandes and have asked for an appointment with the club to reach an agreement with the Spurs.
According to the Mirror, United is ready to pay 70 million pounds for the Portuguese international, but Manchester City, Liverpool and the Spurs are also interested, United making this transfer a priority.
United would apparently like to announce its signing after the finals of the UEFA Nations League this weekend.
Cengiz Under
According to Turkish football, Arsenal and Tottenham have increased their interest in Roman winger Cengiz Under.
They report that both Premier League teams are very fond of this 21 year old player after making contact with his representatives about a move.
Roma set their valuation at £ 44m [€50m] at three years of his contract. However, both teams would try to recruit Under for a slightly lower price, as the Serie A team could be forced to sell its players after failing to get football in the Champions League next season.
