Listening to music reduces the severity of symptoms and the intensity of pain in patients with breast cancer

A European Journal of Cancer Care One study found that listening to music at home reduced the severity of symptoms, the intensity of pain, and the fatigue felt by bad cancer patients.

For the study, 60 participants listened to music in five 30-minute sessions a week. After 6, 12 and 24 weeks, music therapy reduced the severity of symptoms, the intensity of pain and overall fatigue. In addition, it instantly reduces physical and mental fatigue.

The use of music can contribute to the physical and psychological well-being of patients. "

The authors recommend that home-based music interventions be administered to bad cancer patients to reduce their negative thoughts badociated with cancer.
