Addressing the Muslims on behalf of the deputy at the Abosso Mosque to mark the celebration of Eid-ul-Fitr on Wednesday, June 5, the MCE congratulated all Muslims for devoting 30 days of fasting and of prayer for the prosperity of all the inhabitants of the region.

The MCE, along with the leaders of the NPP constituency and other dignitaries, joined the faithful in praying at the Abosso mosque.

Muslims around the world celebrated Eid-ul-Fitr to mark the end of the fast of the month at dusk, they offer prayers of blessings for their families, their communities and the country during this period.

He urges all Muslims to imitate the Prophet Muhammad by preaching peace because it brings happiness and promotes peaceful coexistence.

In commemoration of the celebration, the MP and MCE donated 70 double desks to the Islamic School of Abosso.

Mr. Owuh, said, the Hon. Barbara Oteng-Gyasi is committed to supporting and helping widows, orphans and bright but needy children, especially in Zongo communities.

He also asked Imam and the whole congregation to pray for the protection and wisdom of Allah for President Akufo-Addo, Vice President Dr. Bawumia and the deputy. while they respected all the promises made to the good people in the Prestea / Huni Valley riding.
