SCOTTISH Rugby confirmed that Murrayfield would host a pre – season friendly match between Liverpool 's Champions League winner Napoli.
The match is scheduled for July 28 and will be the sixth of eight Liverpool pre-season friendly matches this summer.
Liverpool general manager Billy Hogan said: "This will be the first time we play at BT Murrayfield, Scotland is inextricably linked to our club heritage and this is a place we have wanted to play for a long time.
