The long-awaited mobile game "BTS World" will finally be available on iPhone and Android by the end of June.

The game allows players to act as the manager of the K-pop boys group. He brings players back to 2012 so that they can guide RM, Jin, Suga, J-Hope, Jimin, V and Jungkook in their musical debut.

The fans of the septet looked forward to the release of the game since its first announcement at the beginning of last year.

The BTS has become a worldwide sensation in the music industry and has even ended up competing with the Beatles. In less than a year, the band has been ranked number one in the United States in three albums. This is the first group to achieve this goal since the Liverpool Boys in 1964, 1965 and 1966.

The game begins globally on June 26th.

"BTS World" was created by the South Korean game developer Netmarble, the second largest shareholder of the BTS management group, Big Hit Entertainment. Netmarble is the largest gaming development company in South Korea and was founded by Bang Jun-hyuk, the cousin of Big Hit Entertainment's founder, Bang Si-hyuk.

The company has also produced games such as "Marvel: Future Fight", "Lineage 2: Revolution" and "Seven Knights".

Throughout the game, players will complete a series of missions and face challenges to progress. A special mission on the site of the game is to find a dormitory in which the group can stay. Every member of the group has a request, like wanting a great kitchen or living in an area near a convenience store. As a manager, you have to find the right place to stay.

The BTS game will feature more than 100 video clips and 10,000 photos of BTS members as well as original band music.

Producing the game does not seem to be a headache for Netmarble, given that BTS has already brought about $ 3.6 billion to the South Korean economy and over a billion dollars to the consumer , like clothing and cosmetics, according to the Hyundai Research Institute.

And it fits well with celebrity mobile phone games from rival game maker, Glu Mobile, who has created games based on Kim Kardashian, Britney Spears, Katy Perry and Nicki Minaj.

"BTS World" will be downloadable for free, but will offer microtransaction opportunities, as is the case for the rest of the Netmarble games. Microtransactions bring billions of dollars every year to gaming companies. Players buy virtual products that make the game easier or allow them to play longer.
