The impious rebirth of Lucifer continues, but Netflix is preparing to bury the Dark Lord for good.
A little over a year after rescuing the DC series from the cancellation of the Fox by ordering a fourth series, the streaming giant has announced a final congratulations to Lucifer with a fifth and final season TVLine).

The number of episodes ordered by Netflix for the fifth and final season is not yet known. The fourth most recent edition was made up of 10 shows, compared to 26 on the order of Fox the previous year.
Henderson and Modrovich have rallied fans on social media for their support since the release of new episodes on Netflix, revealing that they had already written the opening scene of Season Five.
