Kevin Clifton broke his last contact with ex-Karen Clifton following his now-public novel with Stacey Dooley.

Kevin and Karen's three-year marriage was broken in 2018 and he silenced this year's Strictly speech with his chemistry with famous partner Stacey.

The pair then won the BBC series and in March of this year, they have been in a relationship for several weeks.

It is now thought that Stacey moved in with Kevin three times, after being separated from her ex and having left their shared apartment in Brighton.

Last month, an insider said, "Stacey needed another home, Kevin was very relaxed to let her stay and so far it's working very well.

"Stacey does not know if she'll stay for good, but for now, it's a good place for her."

For the moment, no announcement has been made regarding this year's Strictly Come Dancing professional training – Kevin may well face the ax for his lack of trust with a competitor.
