Brad Pitt would have issued an ultimatum to his wife Angelina Jolie, three years after the filing of his petition for divorce.
The 55-year-old Hollywood actor took a tough stance with Angelina after fearing that the divorce would go on for years.
It was reported that Brad's legal team would start turning the screw on Angelina because she thought she was dragging in signing divorce papers.
The Sun reported that a frustrated Brad had asked his lawyers to bring a judge to "impose a deadline" on the divorce, along with a binding fine if the process continued to be delayed.

A source told the Sun that despite Brad's "unbelievable" patience during the divorce process, he "is pushed to the limit".
The source continued to say that Brad "can only be pushed to the present time" and that he "has enough of it."
The source revealed that Brad is "sick and tired of Angel constantly shifting the goal posts", which he saw "blocked their divorce month after month".

Brad thinks it has become "almost a game for Angelina".
It was previously reported that Angelina had "delayed the process" in the hope that Brad could turn around on the procedures.

A court, however, put an end to these hopes when a duplicate judgment was rendered, which means that the couple became legally unmarried before their divorce was finalized.
Brad has apparently lost patience after spending "two-and-a-half years on the end of his marriage" and wants to "stop letting the divorce hang over his head."
