The High Court advised CHRAJ's lawyers to locate the residence of National President of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Freddie Blay and to report to him the complaint filed against him by the Coalition for Social Justice for his purchase of the property. about 275 buses for all the constituencies of the country's nuclear power plant.

CHRAJ attorney Bete Doku said today in the court of Judge George Koomson that all efforts to find President Freddie Blay and serve him were in vain. The lawyers requested the Court to give them the opportunity to use other means of service to bring the complaint to the attention of the NPP National President.

The Court, however, ordered the CHRAJ to exercise the option of serving him at his home.

The case was therefore postponed until 25 June 2019, in the hope that, by that date, the officials of CHRAJ could have served it.
