The President of the Church of Pentecost, Apostle Eric Nyamekye, challenged church members working in various sectors of the Ghanaian economy to uphold the principle of truth in their efforts to change the status quo of widespread dishonesty.

The truth, which is the most valuable and important ingredient that a nation needs to struggle, lamented the apostle Nyamekye, who instead "fell on the street".

He therefore challenged Christians at the Pentecost Center, Gomoah Fetteh, at the inauguration of the Pentecost Professional Network on Saturday, June 8, 2019, to keep to the divine principle of truth which that is the consequences, adding that the Church is the pillar and the foundation of truth.

According to the apostle Nyamekye, the fate of Ghana is in the hands of the Church; it is therefore the need for Christians to possess the nation to correct the parody of Christianity by being "agents of transformation, salt and light for the world".

"Some of you are in banks, others in schools and others in hospitals. God does all this so that those who do not know Him can look for Him and maybe find Him. Allow yourself to be a true branch of Jesus Christ, so wherever you are, know that you represent the truth. The truth has fallen on the street but should not fall into the Church, "he said at the inauguration of the Pentecost Professionals Network, a merged group of various professional guilds formed in the Church.

Apostle Nyamekye quoted various scriptures to show how some governors and people in positions of responsibility in the Bible were engaged in corrupt practices and circumvented the truth and the consequences that resulted from it in advising the various professional organizations of corruption. Abstain from such acts. their various professional areas of work to help Ghana move toward the glory of God.

Executives from various professional corporations, including the media, health, education, banking and finance, computer, music, the judiciary and law, the built environment, between others, were given a mandate to strengthen the body of Christ through a support network made up of professionals motivated to help each other and to ensure that members are guided. in order to manifest the principle of Christianity at their place of work in order to influence the generations.

Present were the Secretary General of the Church, the Apostle Nana Yaw Kumi Larbi Junior, the Apostle Samuel Osei Asante, member of the Executive Council, as well as the hosts of District Chiefs and District Pastors of the Church.
