ALGER, June 10
(Xinhua / GNA) – Algerian courts summoned former Prime Minister Ahmed on Sunday
Ouyahia and former ministers in charge of investigating allegations of corruption
began two months ago, reported the Algerian Press Service (APS).

Ouyahia is now under
investigations of the prosecutor of the court of Sidi Amhamad in the Algerian capital
Algiers, said APS.

Until now, there is no
information about the possible presence of Ouyahia as a suspect or witness, he added.

Several elders
ministers and senior officials of the government's investment agency, as well as
businessmen are supposed to appear in court in a case of granting
concessions to a car company owned by a business unit in Algeria.
