TYSON FURY claims the WBO World title could be up for grabs when he fights Tom Schwarz.
The 30-year-old Gypsy King faces German at the MGM Grand Las Vegas on Saturday night.
Anthony Joshua lost his world heavyweight belts WBO, WBC and IBF after being defeated by Andy Ruiz Jr. at Madison Square Garden.
This means that the Snickers-like sensation has been crowned world champion.
Fury believes that the WBO could punish Ruiz for not facing the next mandatory challenger.
Although in his mind, he is already world champion after his controversial match with Deontay Wilder.
But the chances of council making a decision before the weekend are incredibly unlikely.
Fury told the Press Association: "I hear now that it could be online Saturday night.
"It's inside information so maybe I should not have said it, even though I said it anyway, so it might be online Saturday night.
"There is a chance – it's highly feasible, so I've been told, so maybe it will be for the WBO championship as well.
"When you're the biggest linear champion, it does not go that far, no matter how many belts (other heavyweights) you have, they have to beat Tyson Fury to be number one.
"(In the opposite case), the winner of me and Tom Schwarz will be forced to participate in the WBO because it's number three and number two (in the standings) fighting."
Like Joshua, Fury is expected to win another comfortable win in America and extend his undefeated record.
And although Ruiz surprised the world with his victory, Fury is confident that he will do the job this week.
He is now in the United States and is making his final preparations before going into the ring with Schwarz.
King Gypsy said he finally arrived in Vegas after swearing never to go until he would have quarreled: "It's absolutely amazing, fantastic.
"I have been to casinos many times, they have restaurants, so I had some buffets, I went along the strip and back.

"Once you're here one day, you've seen it all – if you've been to a hotel, you've seen them all – there are lots of casinos, lots of things to do, pool parties, but things that I can not really enjoy until after the fight.
"I have an afternoon party and a party at the pool – it's going down.
"I'm back home, a year after I came back, to the top of the world as the number one ranked heavyweight on the planet."
