If Donald Glover and Beyoncé are not friends yet, they are about to become friends. CGI version of Disney's The Lion King is coming out next month and they are at the forefront with Simba and Nala.
While both sing the song "Can you feel love tonight" in the movie, it's unclear how much they actually worked together in the same room at the same time. Anyway, if they are not already friends, they are about to get to know each other better as they embark on the press tour of the film, which will be released on July 19th.
As music is one of the most appreciated features of the film, we will also look at old and new songs that may appear in the film, including at least one that could also represent Beyoncé.
Glover "intimidated" by Beyoncé

The reports do not specify whether Beyoncé and Glover actually recorded together in the same room. Although the upcoming movie has been called "live action," it really is not. What songs will be in 'The Lion King'?
The original film featured five songs: "Circle of Life", "I can not wait to be king", "Be prepared" and "Hakuna Matata", all written by Elton John and Tim Rice. The film will feature at least four of these songs, although reports differ as to the inclusion of Scar's "Be Prepared" song. According to a report by Zimbio, John reportedly stated that it would not appear in the film, although a Broadway World report mentioned it.
We also know that Elton John participated in the creation of the new versions of the songs, partly at least in collaboration with Beyoncé. He confirmed that Beyoncé and Tim Rice had written a new song that will play on the final credits. Remakes of musicals often add a new song to mark an Oscar nomination. Timon and Pumba sing with Beyonce
People tend to think that "Can you feel love tonight" is there a love ballad? But they tend to forget that the last part is also a comic song, while Timon and Pumba comically cry their friend's novel: "In short, our friend is doomed."
Seth Rogen plays Pumbaa and Billy Eichner plays Timon and they confirm that they recorded this part of the song. So, they can rightly say that they record artists with Donald Glover and Beyoncé, which is a lot of fun.
When appearing on The Late Late Show with James Corden, Rogen said that he had recorded in the same room as Glover, which was quite intimidating for Rogen, who is not normally a singer.
