Can we finally start being excited about the Dalman takeover? Fans have their say

[ad_1]

Last night, we received some very promising news about the sale. Mehmet Dalman, president of Cardiff City, is the banker who allegedly submitted an offer of 30 million pounds about three months ago for the club – which was also agreed between the two parties – at an advanced stage.

The latest news from Wales Online suggests that Dalman has entered the advanced stage and a price has been agreed for Charlton Athletic plc. The potential buyer apparently examines the club's accounts before signing what must be signed to acquire the club from the deceived owner Roland Duchatelet.

The club has been on sale for two years and many names have been mentioned and many stories have connected a group of people – like Australians – to buy the club, but up to now, every story and every rumor has fallen short of what we would have hoped.

This one seems to be a little more coherent and it is taken again by the new general public. This goes back to a time when a banker made an offer of 30 million pounds sterling for Charlton and a price had been agreed. Three months later, it is revealed that Mehmet Dalman is currently president of Cardiff City and before you start worrying about whether he would be a bad landlord or a good landlord, I know for a fact that he would be a good one.

Dalman would have had discussions with #CAFC Owner Roland Duchatelet, who has been looking to sell the South London club since 2017.https: //t.co/JOXkkMBUu9

When Vincent Tan decided to change the Bluebirds original color from blue to red, Cardiff fans manifested an obvious uproar and he quickly became a hated figure in Cardiff until Mehmet Dalman persuades Vincent Tan to change the colors to blue. That in itself shows that he is just the opposite of Roland.

Cardiff manager Neil Warnock also stated that Dalman was the best president he has ever worked under and that he seems to know the game well. He's the ideal candidate for us, we've gone through very dark periods and we really need something positive off the field. Something needs to be said today about this contract or Bowyers because it will be on time. Friday for Bowyer's nerve with Duchatelet.

Hopefully soon we'll be able to start pouring beers and celebrate Roland's release from The Valley, but let's not forget we've been here before ….

FAN REACTION

More rumors but seems credible unlike others. Difficult with the situation in which we find ourselves as a new owner / president will want to put managers, etc. and just hope that LB is the man

Great if it happens but not the end of the world if it is not the case

I'm fed up with freshening up twitter, insta and Facebook every 5 minutes, so let's hope it's the day @CAFCofficial becomes old. Go Roland, take the money and go jogging wherever you please. #cafc #mehmetdalman #take control #rolandout

As I was told, Dalman is in an advanced stage of negotiations to buy #cafc. But I do not think negotiations with Duchatelet are always simple.

Wales Online reported that the negotiations were at an advanced stage. It was bubbling before play-offs. #cafc
