MTN trains young entrepreneurs in digital marketing

Accra, 13 June, GNA – MTN Ghana, as part of
staff volunteer program "Y'ello Care", formed Thursday youth
entrepreneurs on how to use digitization and social networks to develop their
companies.

The training program to enlighten
start-up to know the benefits of using social networks such as Facebook,
Whatsapp, Twitter and LinkedIn to communicate and serve customers.

Mr. Dario Bianchi, digital consultant with
MTN Ghana, who gave a presentation on digital marketing, said that digitization
helped business men and women to talk to their customers whenever necessary.

Using digital tools in businesses, it
said, helped the company players to know exactly how much has been the return to the market
investment, test an idea and get feedback from hundreds of customers
less than 48 hours.

He noted that this could also help businesses
measure any stage of the customer's journey, such as loyalty,
awareness and consideration of a product, and how much he or she was willing to

"The goal of all companies is to make their
