The company announced plans to launch a range of chicken-free (but not egg-free) chicken nugget substitutes, as well as beef and plant burger patties.
Similarly, KFC embarks on the meatless train by launching a vegan version of its crispy chicken burger in the UK.
The fast food chain is calling its first herbal offering "The Imposter". The hamburger, which uses a Quorn filet and vegan mayo, will be sold in select restaurants for four weeks starting June 17.
