Alexander Kwamena Afenyo-Markin: A clbadic paradox. second part

The first part highlighted some of Afenyo-Markin's many illegal, if not criminal, activities such as false pretense fraud in the Asola Fadona case; Afenyo-Markin avoids the payment of income tax by dishonest methods; Afenyo-Markin, which nearly collapsed with Ghana Water Company Ltd. (GWCL), because of its disastrous policy, especially contractual price inflation, badociated with gross and deliberate violations of the 2003 law on public procurement (Act 663) as amended. I will present a petition to the hon. Martin Amidu is expected to soon be looking into contracts and recruitments within GWCL since joining the current chairman of GWCL's board of directors.

Afenyo-Markin is now mistaken in announcing to his supporters that a cabinet reshuffle of His Excellency the President would be operated and that Afenyo-Markin would be appointed deputy minister! While waiting for this very unlikely announcement, one wonders if Afenyo-Markin has thought of the answers to the many questions that are put to him during his examination.

In recent years, a highly reputed international bank in Ghana (undisclosed identity), either wrongly or through fraudulent activities on the Internet (Sakawa), has paid about $ 180 million (one hundred and eighty-four). twenty million US dollars from America, NOT Ghana Ghana). the account of Afenyo-Markin.

Shockingly, Afenyo-Markin refused to report or return the unjustified transaction to the bank!

Unlike honest people like Hon. Martin Amidu, who alerted the relevant authorities when he found a double salary payment on his account,

Afenyo-Markin has instead dissipated funds criminally. After being detected by the bank and to preserve its immense reputation and international image, the bank converted the unsolicited credit into a loan / overdraft. Afenyo-Markin has since defaulted on repayments of the unsecured loan / overdraft facility, and the bank has attached (ceased) almost all of Afenyo-Markin's properties. This includes vehicles in his home in Dzorwulu in Accra.

This could be the reason why Afenyo-Markin is desperately trying to take control of the funds of the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), in order to loot them and settle its huge debts!

The recurring questions are: did the bank report this incident to its board of directors? What about the Bank of Ghana (BoG)? If so, what was the extent of BoG's involvement in this case? As a criminal offense, the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service, the National Investigation Bureau (BNI), the Office of Economic and Organized Crime (EOCO) and the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) ), notified? If the answer is yes, what was the level of involvement of these investigative bodies in the case?

Revisiting the falsification of tax receipts by Afenyo-Markin inevitably brings into question the basis of the pursuit of the Hon. Mahama Ayariga, MP for Bawku Central. The case of the special prosecutor against Hon. Ayariga is that he denied to the state the proper income for development. What was the final result of the falsification of tax receipts by Afenyo-Markin? Denying the state the revenues needed for development, like the Hon. Ayariga. So, why does not Ayariga have the ability to pay back the revenues denied to the state and be released, just as Afenyo-Markin has the ability to repay the state what it stole?

An equal application of the law is necessary here. Ayariga and Afenyo-Markin are both members of Parliament. They would both have denied the state of income. Therefore, if the Ayariga trial were to continue, Afenyo-Markin should also be prosecuted.

Although publicly, Afenyo-Markin categorically denied any involvement in the widely broadcast audio recording of the Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) that appeared a few years ago, it is now known that Afenyo-Markin He was knelt in front of a high party New Patriotic Party (NPP) gurus at a special meeting and confessed to receiving a strong bribe from a senior AfDB official. Readers would recall that a tape recording, in which Afenyo-Markin had been captured and negotiating the payment of a bribe to an AfDB official, had been unearthed just before the General elections of 2016. Afenyo-Markin had strongly denied the authenticity of said audio recording. However, he later confessed to the scandal in the presence of senior members of the ruling NPP!

Afenyo-Markin would be required to provide answers to these questions at the audit stage in Parliament, in the unlikely event that he was appointed deputy minister!

Parliament's selection committee should expect to receive a note from me if Afenyo-Markin is one day appointed deputy minister.

This is not over for Afenyo-Markin. It still has a chance to prevent new revelations from the ADB / Excel Haulage saga; the frivolous and vexatious lawsuit against Ghana Bauxite Co. Ltd; the bank UT Brouhaha; the betrayal of Ing. Peter Deever and General Manager of Ghana Water Company Ltd. (GWCL), Mr. Braimah; the purchase of the all-new Mercedes Benz Saloon Car for this lawyer to keep her silent and to constitute a true tank of oil tankers of other dishonorable activities of Afenyo-Markin.

The options open to Afenyo-Markin for my arrest are basically three (3): Only Allah (over which Afenyo-Markin has no control) can stop me in the first place. Forget voodoo and other magical charms! Such dirt will not work against me, Insha Allah! This also applies to intermediaries who plead with me for a ceasefire. I have not started shooting yet, so nothing should stop!

Afenyo-Markin's next best choice, which prevents me from revealing new nocturnal activities, is a court order, by way of injunction. The Afenyo-Markin child is reminded that the injunctions are not solicited during the elections in favor of the vice-chancellor. What a shame for the legal profession!

Finally, Afenyo-Markin could also prevent me from publicly admitting its role in the ADB saga of corruption, and retract and apologize to me for all its negative comments about me. in the media.

I want to remind Afenyo-Markin that he has not yet sued me for my job at the University of Winneba (UEW), without any training; an Afenyo-Markin University behaves as if it were his personal property.

Similarly, Afenyo-Markin has not yet sued me for the content of the first part of this series.

Insha Allah, when I promise, I deliver. I promise Afenyo-Markin that his real home is behind bars and he is NOT a member of the "bar"!

The imperturbable, unshakeable and imperturbable son of the right peasant farmer, as well as his ancestors, patiently wait for Afenyo-Markin costume (s) for the confrontation to begin!
