Arsenal now knows who they will face on the first day of the 2019/2020 season in the Premier League.

The campaign advertises interesting for the Gunners because Unai Emery is expected to be a year-long head coach despite a disappointing end to his first campaign in England.

In terms of transfers, the Spanish will not have the luxury budget needed to compete with Manchester, Manchester or Liverpool, but that does not mean that he should not be astute in the market.

Assuming that Emery reaches his transfer goals, one would expect him to drop out of the match and return to a 4-2-3-1 formation. On the fourth row, it is quite possible that Sokratis is the one who guarantees a departure.

Hector Bellerin will likely miss the start of the season due to an injury, Rob Holding might not be in shape, a new central defender could replace Laurent Koscielny and the signature of a left-back could downgrade Nacho Monreal and Sead Kolasinac.

The Greek international has had a decent first season at Arsenal, but will be much more expected of him in his next term.

After a breathtaking start to life in North London, Uruguay's international form has tipped over during the second half of the campaign and fans have not really seen it since.
