Jenelle Evans may be the Teen mom The star we hear most often these days, but we can not forget the fact that Farrah Abraham was the most controversial cast member of the franchise. Farrah became known very early through MTV 16 and pregnant. When she joined later on Teen Mom OG when she was thrown out, that's where many of her dramas grew, because everything from her parenting advice to the way she spoke to her own mother was under study.

Nowadays, we follow Farrah on social media – and she posted a controversial video that many thought was totally disrespectful to Muslims. Here is what happened.

Farrah Abraham posted a video of herself in a bikini during a trip to Dubai

We do not know exactly how Farrah will earn enough money to go around the world with her 10-year-old daughter Sophia, but the former MTV star is succeeding. And in early June, she posted a video of herself in a bikini while she was relaxing on a yacht in Dubai. "FARRAH VENDAY #DUBAI", she subtitled the message. She also added many hashtags for everyone to know she was attending a huge yacht party.

We do not really know why Farrah was in Dubai, but she certainly did not hesitate to walk away from the camera during her stay. She added some photos of the trip to the program, and it looks like she was sponsored by the fashion brand prettylittlething. Unfortunately, the fans were not too nice with his pictures because they accused him of fake, photoshopping and plastic. Many also suggested that Farrah travel to Dubai when she ran out of money and was trying to save time – but we're not sure if that's good either.

One follower said her video was disrespectful to the Muslim holiday, Ramadan

While Farrah was busy publishing articles about her adventures in the UAE, one of her Instagram followers quickly became inspired by the video she posted to remind her that her business was The stranger could be considered incredibly rude to Muslim culture. "IF HAD BEEN TAKEN BEFORE JUNE 3, IT WAS DURING THE RAMADAN. As we grew up in the Middle East and the Gulf region, we found that this was totally inappropriate and, in some cases, illegal! [sic]"Commented the writer.

We can not forget that Ramadan is a holy month and is celebrated among Muslims. Vox reminds us that Muslims believe that during this month, God showed Muhammad the first verses of the texts of the Holy Qur'an, as well as those who take part in the fast of the holy month, from dawn to sunset, every day. The publication also notes that in some Muslim countries, it is illegal to eat and drink in public while the month is celebrated. And it is also recommended that women dress conservatively during this time as well.

Could Farrah really have been arrested?

So, would Farrah's bikini clothes really have taken her to jail if the video had been taken during Ramadan? It is doubtful. Although he may have disrespected the culture of wearing such revealing attire during the sacred period, we doubt that a foreigner will be arrested for wearing a bikini at a boating event or for taking videos in public. Some others even defended Farrah in her "Gram" video.

"I think she posted this after Ramadan. She lived during Ramadan saying that she had to do it in secret because it was illegal to film. She also stated that she received many warnings for filming [sic], Commented one of his followers. And another added: "SHES IN SWIM SUIT !! I saw a lot worse. How is it illegal, I mean come [sic]. "Another echoed what the original poster mentioned and added that Farrah may have broken the law. "This is NOT our personal opinion, but that of the country and the moment chosen IF it was really the holy month, THEN it could be considered illegal. [sic]," they said.

It's clear that fans will never agree on Farrah's antics – but it looks like she was able to leave Dubai without having any legal problems, even if she offended a lot of people.
