The widower reports that the homicide unit of the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Ghana Police Service is investigating the calls and information sent on his phone, but wants the police to step up his investigation into the murder of his wife.

The widower, Mr. Asante, also revealed that police demanded money before he could provide security.

It would be remembered that the deceased, who had been murdered, was the former director of marketing and public affairs of the Tema ports. Josephine Asante had however been dragged by her murderer into her house where she had access to her room and murdered her.

Police have set aside 15,000 GHY of loot for anyone providing credible information about the perpetrators of the death.

However, two people, including the driver and the house mate of the deceased, are currently facing criminal charges in a Tema District Court in connection with the murder.
