Should people wear naloxone to prevent overdose of opioids?

How serious is the epidemic of opioids in the United States? Here is a statistic that just takes my breath away and reveals how terrible things are. Even 10 years ago, about 1% of people who had eventually become organ donors as a result of their deaths had died because of an overdose. A study has just been published and researchers have determined that 13% of organ donors today, when organs are removed, are due to an overdose.
