Television personality Gifty Anti launched its first book "A Bit of Me" and sold 420 copies of the first 500 printed copies.
The book was launched at the Trinity Baptist Church in Accra on Saturday at the "Women Called to Love" event.
The talk show host, The StandPoint, and a former news anchor are a source of inspiration for many women in Ghana and will use the book to, among other things, tell her unpublished stories .
The founder of Fountain Gate Chapel, Reverend Eastwood Anaba, who was the guest speaker at the event, purchased the first copy of the book for 5,000 ¢.
Gifty Anti took the opportunity to urge women to take on the challenges of life and to realize their dreams.
"Most of the time, people see some of us in the public space and think it's easy, but this book divides me into them to let them know that I've traveled, that I continue to do it , that I made mistakes,, I have regrets, I had very good times and the lessons I learned from them.
"For people to know that they are not alone. The squares in front of the book show my break, but behind that is a beautiful picture. So, this book is going to tell people that no matter what you're going through, you just need to know that you're worth it … it's just a phase, but if you can look beyond breaking, you can go ahead, "she added.
