AMD has decided to reduce the pre-purchase prices of its Radeon RX 5700 after Nvidia introduced the new line cards "Super" GeForce RTX.

The news came directly from the brand's official Twitter, which recognizes the competitive market for graphics cards, which has led to lower prices. However, according to AMD, Nvidia bit on the hook.

According to one of the strong men of the brand, Scott Herkelman, Nvidia was "Jebaited", suggesting that this announcement of the price cut was still scheduled and that the highest price served as a benchmark for the competition.

Thus, the standard Radeon RX 5700 goes from 379 USD to 349 USD. The Radeon RX 5700 XT will be sold for $ 399 instead of the $ 449 originally planned, while the 50th Anniversary Radeon RX 5700 XT, which would sell for $ 499, will be priced at $ 449.
