Kang Kyung-Wha, Minister of Foreign Affairs of South Korea, is scheduled to visit Ghana from 12 to 13 July 2019.
According to a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration of Ghana, while she is in the country, she would pay a courtesy call on Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia.
The statement said the Korean official would also have bilateral talks with his Ghanaian counterpart, Foreign Affairs Minister Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey.
This is the second time that a Korean foreign minister is traveling to Ghana.
In 2006, Ban Ki-moon, then foreign minister of Korea, traveled to Ghana.
