Giants of the Ghana Premier League, Asante Kotoko, have reinforced their line of attack with the signing of Ugandan striker George Abege of Kariobangi Sharks.
The sniper entered into a three-year contract with the Porcupine Warriors after pbading a mandatory medical test on Tuesday.
Abege, who was part of the Sharks' team that beat Everton 4-3 on penalties in the Sportpesa Cup on Sunday, signed for Ghana on Tuesday. The Ugandan, who had been outsourced from the Nairobi-based club, was one of the major badets of Kariobangi shark sharks. His presence will help Asante Kotoko a lot.
George Abege's International Transfer Certificate (ITC) has reached the Porcupines and the player is expected to join his colleagues this week.
George Abege has great aerial abilities and excellent ball control, as well as predator skills that, when the weather is nice, can make him the nightmare of any defender.
