Kate Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge still looks beautiful. While the mother of three must be busy taking care of her royal doggies, she also manages to stay fit. In addition to enjoying physical activity and sport, the Duchess is pbadionate about cooking and enjoys preparing healthy and balanced meals for her family, as well as learning how to cook for her children. That's Kate's healthy diet revealed.
The Duchess is a sane cook and, although her husband, Prince William, has joked about his cooking in the past (he had already joked that it was the "reason why I'm so skinny"), is clearly pbadionate about cooking.
Earlier this year, Kate went to a primary school to mark Children's Mental Health Week and revealed that she taught cooking to her children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
Matthew Kleiner-Mann, General Manager of the Ivy Learning Trust, met Kate during her visit and then informed People about the exchange.
Mr. Kleiner-Mann said, "She told us how much her kids love to cook and how they cook for her.
"They made cheese pasta the other day. The flour is mixed, the milk and butter are poured into it. And they make salads and other things.
"Food is important to her and she understands the links between mental health and physical exercise."
Although Kate can teach her kids how to cook cheese pasta, she tends to cut carbohydrates.
The duchess is supposed to follow the Dukan diet, where you eliminate carbohydrates in favor of proteins, vegetables and healthy fats.
While Kate is very thin, it is said that she centers her diet around her quest for "radiant skin".
A source told the Mirror: "Kate already has the perfect figure but her motivation is to get a radiant skin."
This means that she favors foods like watermelon salads, gazpacho, goji berries, tabbouleh and ceviche to get a radiant complexion.
Here is an overview of Kate's diet of fruits and vegetables.
Breakfast
According to the Mail Online, the Duchess loves a green smoothie at breakfast.
She would have mixed spirulina, kale, matcha, spinach, romaine, coriander and blueberries for a healthy drink.
Breakfast
Salad dishes and fruits are on the menu for lunch, which Kate uses as an opportunity to pack stimulating skin foods.
From watermelon to taboulé, she prefers cereals and leafy vegetables rich in nutrients for her lunch.
Having dinner
It is said that dinner time is a more traditional affair at Cambridge.
Prince William apparently adores roast chicken and even says that Kate and he make their own rustic sausages.
It is also reported that Kate prepares an incredible curry and soups very tasty.
Snacks
In order to reduce her cravings for sugar, the Duchess loves berries mixed with almond milk.
As a student, Kate has often been seen going out to the stores for a Haribo bag – but it seems that the era of sweet treats may be behind her.
Alcohol
Kate may like a glbad of wine but never drank much.
One of her sabbatical friends, Florence, had previously said, "She would like a glbad of wine but could not really stand her glbad.
"After a few drinks she would become ridiculous and ridiculous, so she would stop.
"She's never been interested in getting really drunk. She never let herself go out of control.
A source told the Mail: "She is not a big pot of wine. A glbad of Chardonnay brutally cooled to 18 hours is enough. "
