PSG sets exalting price for Neymar as Barcelona plans a move

The Brazilian international did not win the first day of preparatory training on Monday and the sports director of Ligue 1 champions Leonardo admitted he was ready to sell the player "if there is an offer that is suitable for all".

Barcelona was closely linked to an attempt to re-sign the striker, but the high demands of the French club could be a stumbling block.

PSG will consider an offer of around £ 200 million for the 27-year-old and is not interested in an agreement involving Philippe Coutinho or Ousmane Dembele. Marca reports.

Ligue 1 players are looking for a defensive midfielder. Casemiro, Real Madrid, is at the top of their list of targets. They could therefore consider a cash offer over Ivan Rakitic of Catalonia.

Barcelona does not currently have the financial capacity to respond to PSG's demands. Antoine Griezmann is about to arrive, while Real Madrid has cooled his interest in the Brazilian.

Manchester United was also presented as a potential destination if Paul Pogba left, but their inability to qualify for the 2019/20 Champions League would be a problem.
