A few months ago, a lawmaker worried about abuses and the exercise of religious freedom in Ghana asked that a law be pbaded to address this problem. It was really hard for practitioners to take advantage of the religious and ignorant nature of some Ghanaians to trick them. For him, the answer is regulation by legislation.
The flail and the mane of man are its rationality. Rationality implies freedom and choice is implicit in freedom. The right to choose also means reward and punishment. Obviously, God allows freedom of choice. The existence of rationality and freedom of choice admit the inadequacy and fallibility of the man.
The Bible tells us that God gives man free will to allow him to develop his essence or value. The pain and joy of this journey called life are engraved in our soul that will be an integral part of us forever. Jesus says that all sown seeds must be able to grow until the harvest. In his speech to the Areopagus to the Greeks, Paul admits the fallibility and humility of the Greeks to reach out to the greatest God whom they have called the "unknown God." Clearly, God of Creation knows the weakness of his creatures and provides them with provisions. God does not oblige you, he allows you the free will to learn. If God does not allow free will, he will not be right to punish us.
The story is full of examples of leaders who strive to legislate on their will. A pope issued the papal bull of 1493 dividing the world between Spain and Portugal! The Pope's interference in the marriage of the English monarch led to the creation of the Anglican Church. In their conquest of South America, the Spaniards claimed that the potato was a food of the devil and they tried to ban it!
Las Casas, a priest and slave owner who repented of his acts for the Red Indian mbadacre, attempted to atone for his sins and suggested the use of black men as slaves, claiming that they had no soul! These stories will not end if I want to continue.
Martin Luther, in his position against the indulgences of the Catholic Church, was asked to retract and he said calmly: You can not control consciousness.
What should be done?
The Bible is full of people, including priests seeking to profit from people to get the favors of the rulers, some of the ignorance of the people. There was a time when even God made a donkey speak. In our recent history, the case of Rasputin, who took advantage of the illness of Alexis, son of the Tsar, to gain a political advantage, ended up paying for it with his own life.
Nature has time for man. In the long run, the day of judgment will come, when the bad of nature will bring man to become aware of his sins.
Goebbels, Hitler's propaganda leader, reportedly said: When lies are repeated frequently, they badume the appearance of the truth and people believe in it. It's wrong. Likelihood of truth and truth are not the same. A lie is a counterfeit, it is a mask. In fact, a lie is a confirmation of the supremacy of truth. A lie has no inherent intrinsic and causal validity to give the value of truth in action. If you implement, the results will be catastrophic. If you sow deception, you harvest the whirlwind. So, charlatans, if they do not always have a day off, people will learn by pain and the reward of nature will catch up with them.
The light will always drive away darkness. Sin will be generalized before justice. The eclipse of the sun by the moon is temporal. The sun will always shine.
conclusions
The sea may be referring to the nature of God. The sea is salty. It's an anti-putrefactive. The chemistry of the sea does not admit rot. The sea with enthusiasm and power rejects the land thrown by the man. The sea cleans itself. So too is God. The free will given to the man is within the reach of all, people who abuse this freedom will finally pay. You will counter by saying that, what about the pain caused by this expensive experiment. The man does not have the choice. Our essence and our values in the quest called Life respond to that. And it is the lot of the man. Nobody can legislate against that. Try to make charlatan heroes. God as the sea cleans itself.
Judas Iscariot was a fake. He followed Jesus, not because of the message of Jesus. He was interested in the stock market that he held. Jesus said it. It was a tragedy that was waiting to happen. Eventually, the spirit of Judas was tried, convicted and executed. It is faith that awaits those who try to use God as a facade for their own self-interest.
