After the complaint of the co-founder of IndiGo, SEBI investigates investors misled

A few days after co-founder IndiGo Airlines filed a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the market regulator began investigating whether investors had been misled by the company's management. In his letter to SEBI, Rakesh Gangwal alleged a violation of corporate governance standards in the airline, also questioning transactions between IndiGo and the IGE group of promoter Rahul Bhatia.
