A few days after co-founder IndiGo Airlines filed a complaint with the Securities and Exchange Board of India, the market regulator began investigating whether investors had been misled by the company's management. In his letter to SEBI, Rakesh Gangwal alleged a violation of corporate governance standards in the airline, also questioning transactions between IndiGo and the IGE group of promoter Rahul Bhatia. According to sources, SEBI also asked IndiGo to clarify whether all the related party transactions carried out by the company comply with the SEBI law. Watch the full video for more.
