The brothers David (played by Jack P. Shepherd) and Nick (Ben Price) of Coronation Street were torn by a lie about the stolen money of grandmother Audrey (Sue Nicholls).
Nick stole a large sum from his grandmother and used it to create Trim Up North but David ended up telling the truth about the money.
The two men have since gone to court and were willing to stay next to each other, but at the last moment, Nick returned to his brother.
David was locked up for two months for the crime of his brother, missing his marriage to Shona Ramsey (Julia Goulding).
After Nick's betrayal, David is likely to want revenge on his brother, but where will he go?
David had already tried to murder Nick when he discovered he had slept with his wife Kylie (Paula Lane) before targeting his murderer, Clayton Hibbs (Callum Harrison).
This time, could David want to leave Nick without anything by targeting his partner Leanne (Jane Danson) and leaving him heartbroken by his death?
It certainly seems likely that the actor Jack teased that his character could break up at any moment and become a murderer.
He told the Sun, "It's the beauty of the thing. With the Platts, they can all rock and become a little psychopath a minute, then vulnerable, emotional and fun.
"It works both ways for all the characters."

Meanwhile, it seems that Corrie fans will be deprived of Shona and David on TV screens for a while.
David will be locked up in jail while Shona star, Julia, will take a maternity leave, which means that it is unlikely that both partners will share a lot of time together.
Jack explains, "She goes on maternity leave but I do not know when.
"She has four months off. But it's been a month or two. So, we can have a little cross on his departure, but in fact, we might not do it.
It seems that fans will have to wait to see the pair get married before the end of the year.
Elsewhere on the cobblestones, Fiz Stape (Jennie McAlpine) may be heartbroken when she returns to Weatherfield in the coming weeks, as a newcomer will cause her tensions in her romantic relationship with Tyrone Hobbs (Alan Halsall).
Jade (Lottie Henshall), an educational badistant, will be invited to help the Hope tutor while she tries to readjust herself to life at home, but her presence will distract Tyrone.
When she enters the family home, will she tempt Tyrone to go to bed or will she send her away and stay faithful to Fiz?
He has already cheated Fiz with Gemma Winter (Dolly-Rose Campbell), so it's unlikely Fiz could forgive him if he betrayed her again.
Coronation Street continues on ITV Monday at 19:30 and 20:30.
