ARSENAL made a record bid of £ 25 million for Kieran Tierney last night.
Gunner boss Unai Emery has increased his offer for Celtic's left back and is confident of sealing the biggest transfer in Scottish football.
Arsenal has been denied a £ 15 million contract three weeks ago.
Insiders at Parkhead say it's "inevitable." Tierney, 22, will make the move after four breathtaking seasons since her breakthrough in seniors.
A Celtic source said: "Kieran loves Celtic, but his heart is ready to move to the Premier League.
"We all know that he wants to advance his career and that offers like this do not happen often, so it seems inevitable."
The Hoops will ask if they accept the offer and beat the £ 19.7m Scottish record that Lyon paid them for Moussa Dembele last summer.
Celtic secured the signing of Boli Bolingoli-Mbombo's left-back Rapid Vienna earlier in the month.
The defender has signed a four-year contract to replace Tierney.
