Renowned South African Anglican priest visits Ghana

Accra, July 15, GNA – A Renowned South
Father Michael Lapsley, African Anglican priest and activist for social justice
will visit Ghana on Monday 22 July.

Father Lapsley visited the Vatican in June
this year where he held a meeting with Pope Francis and shared a part of his life
journey, including the crucial experience of receiving a letter bomb that blew
his two hands among other wounds.

During the meeting, Father Lapsley explained how his bombing had led to his death.
