Beyoncé unveiled the list of songs from her companion album "Lion King" on her website … three days before her release. This could be even earlier than expected, given how much Queen Bey likes surprises and managed to keep the entire project secret until the week before the release of the album and movie.

Beyoncé herself appears on nine of the 14 pieces, but the lion kingdom is depicted in "The Lion King: The Gift". Among his guests, Donald Glover, voice actor, announced his musical talents of Childish Gambino, of course. with her husband and child, Jay-Z and Blue Ivy Carter. Pharrell, Jessie Reyez, Tekno, Yemi Alade, Mr. Eazi, Burna Boy, Slatiel, SAINt JHN, WizKid, Tiwa Savage, Shatta Wale, Teirra Whack, Busiswa, Moonchild Sanelly and 070 Shake complete his musical training

The album "Gift" should not be confused with the soundtrack of the movie "Lion King", which includes the score of Elton John and Tim Rice and the instrumental score composed mainly by Hans Zimmer. The only point of overlap is the "Spirit", written and sung by Beyoncé, who appears late in the film and appears on both albums; it was released by surprise in single last week. The official soundtrack is already out, but the "Gift" album produced by Beyoncé's executive, as well as the movie, will be released on Friday.
