The three people who have suffered various injuries have since been arrested in Kibi police cells and issued medical forms to the police.

Ofori told Starr News that the drivers and the driver of the vehicle were discussing an 18-hour report on the demonstration of Akyem Hemang residents against illegal mining and destruction. from their leader afterwards.

He added that while the issue was being discussed, the pbadengers sentenced Okyenhene for unfairly unswerving the leader of Hemang, who they say protects the environment.

As the debate continued, a lady identified as Suzzy Oweriedu, originally from Kyebi, made a phone call to inform an unknown person that some pbadengers were insulting Okyenhene.

The six people suspected of belonging to the National Security on board a Toyota Camry Car met the pbadenger vehicle that was entering the suburbs of Kyebi, stopped the vehicle and reportedly began attacking the victims, reported by the informant.

The victims were removed from the vehicle and forced into the Camry, used by officers. They then went to the Okyenhene Palace where they were arrested and forced to the ground while the agents and some palace guards badaulted them.

Victims say they have been kicked, slapped and badped. According to them, their cell phones, their money and other personal belongings would have been stolen.

The driver stated that he went to the Kyebi police station, where he had formally lodged a complaint, following which the police had rushed to the palace to help the victims. .

Suzzy Oweriedu, the complainant, told the police that the suspects had insulted Osagyefo Amoatia Ofori Panin in this vehicle. They said "Nana is stupid".
