The ultimate fall of grace: how Katie Price went from the country's scent of love to the scent of ambiance

Katie Price was once the darling of the nation with a modeling career and a glamorous television career, but 23 years after her first celebrity, she is now reduced to hooking up the tat cheat on Instagram.

The glamorous girl had her first celebrity taste in 1996 when she began a career in glamorous modeling and became famous for her surgically improved bads.

She then became the country's best-known glamor girl, taking on Jordan's character and adorning the covers for boys' magazines, including FHM.

Katie even crossed the pond after landing at Playboy and partying with Hugh Hefner and the rabbits in her legendary mansion.

As her fame soared, she began to splash around on television with slot machines on the Big Breakfast, Top Gear and a foray into Footballers' Wives.

She even ran in the 2001 general election as an independent candidate in Greater Manchester's Stretford and Urmston constituencies.

Katie did not win, but she ranked fourth with over 700 votes.

Her life changed in 2004 when she enrolled in the third series of I'm a celebrity … Get me out of here!

Not only did Katie become a household name, but if she was not already, she met the love of her life.

During her stay in the jungle, Katie, a single mother, is close to her compatriot Peter Andre and, once returned home, they embarked on a romantic story.

It culminated in a fairy tale wedding in 2005, a lucrative magazine deal, a series of well-paid television concerts and two children.

Throughout their marriage, Katie and Pete have remained extremely popular and have gathered a huge fan base.

Their television show, When Jordan Met Peter, was so successful that it generated a whole franchise on ITV2.

There were eight other series including Jordan & Peter: Marriage and Mayhem between 2004 and 2005; Katie & Peter: The Baby Diaries and Katie & Peter: Down Under in 2008.

The final season of the series, Katie & Peter: Stateside in 2009, the year of the disaster that hit Katie and made it rock into a crisis.

The golden pair of Reality TV has split and it looks like everything is downhill for Katie.

She ran another reality TV season, What Katie Did Next, while Pete shot her own separate version, but never regained the impetus given by the Katie and Peter franchise.

The glamorous ex-girl, who was now using her real name, bounced back by making some questionable choices in her personal life.

She started going out with Alex Reid less than eight weeks after her separation from Pete and only seven months later, they got married in Las Vegas.

The marriage was short and difficult, ending with a divorce in 2011.

After another series of romantic bumps on the road, including a short-term engagement with Brazilian hunk Leandro Penna, she remarried.

The number three husband was a stripper met on an online dating application, Kieran Hayler, and he seemed to be able to help him regain his former glory.

They did TV shows together, took advantage of magazine sales and went to showbiz parties.

They have also added two more children, Jett and Bunny, to Katie's large generation.

However, the novel was marred by Kieran's infidelities and he finally failed last year.

The split was made even more difficult for Katie because she arrived at the same time that her ex-Pete flourished with her new wife Emily, welcoming two other children.

The situation worsened in September 2018, when Katie was filmed talking about cocaine on holiday in Spain as part of a news story.

Katie later acknowledged that she had been using coke for six months due to a "severe trauma and depression" and turned to rehab to fix her drug problem .

A few weeks after the publication of the cocaine video, she was again in trouble while she was arrested for driving while intoxicated.

This ended with a case of course and a ban on the road.

In addition to the break-up of her marriage, Katie was suffering from increasingly serious financial problems, her income losing a heavy toll and many of her companies closing down.

Her debts started to go out of control and she accumulated millions of debts.

She nearly went bankrupt in December 2018, but agreed to pay her debts in mbadive monthly installments to prevent the bailiffs from going to her home.

Her money problems were so severe at one point that she would have put her West Susbad home on the market and sold her beloved pets.

However, Katie did everything in her power to put her life back on the job, which led her to accept all the jobs she needed.

She now branches all kinds of brands on Instagram, from dietary products to car air fresheners.

Katie was able to revive her television career with her reality show Quest Red and also created her own photo agency with her boyfriend Kris Boyson, to allow them to flog their own pictures.

Katie has remained totally dedicated to her love of cosmetic surgery and continues to go under the knife, even if her finances are in bad shape.

She believes that she has obtained free or discounted treatments by connecting clinics and procedures both through social media and her own photos.

Even though Katie may be badping some lousy products on Instagram and creating her own photos of Pap, you can not help but admire her for doing everything to restore her finances.
