CHELSEA's new boss, Frank Lampard, says the FIFA transfer ban could be a blessing.
No date has been set for the Arbitration Court's appeal but Lamps think the suspension will ease the stress of a usual summer maniacal window.

"My job is to have absolute confidence in the players and the training of the week has started to give it to me because I can see the quality and the attitude.

"With the team we have this season, we can be really competitive.
