Vice President Mahamudu Bawumia leads a government delegation with a mission to trade and investment in Canada.
The mission to Vancouver on Saturday is being organized by the High Commission of Ghana in collaboration with the Africa Canada Inc. Strategic Investment Group.
Dr. Bawumia will also give a lecture at Simon Fraser University in British Columbia and will speak with the Ghanaian community in Vancouver.
Prior to the working meeting, Dr. Bawumia will be the special honorary guest of the graduation ceremony to 232 Ghanaian doctors trained at the University of Medical Sciences in Cuba.
He will also meet with Cuban President Miguel Díaz-Canel; the Vice President of Cuba, Salvador Valdes Mesa; other senior officials of the Cuban government.
The Vice President will deposit a commemorative wreath at African Heroes Park.
