It's no secret that Selma Blair loves horses. But in a new Instagram post, she exults her Sky Top horse and her positive role in her health.

Selma said that "the only place I really grew up with self-love" was in her equestrian center and she pointed out that her coach had found Sky Top for her. "He needed to know how to handle kisses. Prerequisites. Really. And he did it, she said.
