Sidii Abubakar Musah, a parliamentary candidate in the National Democratic National Congress and member of the Madina constituency, called on the party to prioritize unity when it will head to its primary in its constituency in the next days.

According to him, the NDC's mission is to seize the seat of Madina from the new ruling Patriotic Party.

Sidii Musah presented his nomination forms to the party office on Thursday, July 18, 2019.

"The nomination marks the start of the rescue mission to Madina that we are about to begin. I, Sidii Musah, will lead the rescue mission of the Madina headquarters of the NPP, "he said after presenting his forms.

"I urge the Election Committee to continue, until the day of the declaration, to remain impartial. We are committed to campaigning smoothly and without hard feelings. We will run our campaign keeping in mind Madina 's unity. We will do nothing to jeopardize the peace and stability of the riding. "

Asked about some claims that he was new to the constituency and might not have an impact, Sidii Musah said, "I am not a new person in the system. I am a former organizer of the youth party. I have information on almost every constituency.

"When we kiss as members of the NDC, I do not think we will have any problems. We are all capable and the delegates will decide. "

Before presenting his nomination forms to the party's office, Sidii Abubakar Musah paid a courtesy call on Madina's leader, Alhaji Baba Seidu, on Wednesday (17 July 2019).
